Located on the ground floor at all our self store sites these large storage containers are huge and can accomodate the contents of a typical 3 bed home and are great for storing large, heavy and bulk items such as furniture, garden items, or even stock and materials.
Note
You supply your own padlock to secure the storage container, you are welcome to use any lock you see fit however we have found the Squire AW01 60mm armoured padlock to fit the installed sheilded lock boxes on our self store containers and hi cube storage containers.
Cost effective self storage container rental at sites in Ipswich, Halesworth, Bungay and Beccles
You can store almost anything in our storage units including houshold goods, commercial products, stock hobby items. As you would expect there are certain items we cant allow in our units such as of unpackaged foods, petrol, oil, fuel, fluids, flamable dangerous or illegal substances, asbestos or waste materials or anything likely to casue noxious smells or harm to others.
Whilst the storage units are very secure we strongly advise all occupiers to take out suitable insurance to cover their items whilst in storage. In the case of household items often this can be added to your home insurance policy, for commercial goods your existing business insurer is likely to be able to offer you cover alternatively there are a number of specialist storage insurers online.
We can usually grant access within 12-24hrs subject to completion of the relevant paperwork and payment of any required deposit and the initial rental payment.
We request a small refundable deposit equal to 1 months rental payment and the first months rental in advance which can be paid via bank transfer or credit / debit card. For customers paying monthly we request payment is made via standing order for customers prepaying for 6 or 12 months will be invoiced accordingly with payment being made via bank transfer.
Our yards have coded gate access and all storage containers are fitted with secure lock boxes to protect your padlock when securing the unit and all our yards are flood lit with ambient and motion activated flood lighting.
In order for us to prepare your licence agreement we require some basic information & ID, we have a simple online form here

Unfortunately not, our storage units are only permitted for storage of goods and not workshops or offices, obviously if your storing tools, business assets or stock for work then visiting daily to load your vehicle is fine.
